The Placement Marketplace

We believe that you can have a career and a family, and although our core business offering is a franchise opportunity, we are also committed to sharing some of the resources in the franchise ecosystem with our community.  We have recently discontinued our Full Service Recruiting department, and shifted the placement opportunity to our own online Placement Marketplace where Hiring Firms can post jobs on our Job Board and where Job Seekers can upload a free profile to be selected for interview.

We have spent over a decade refining the process of finding, interviewing, selecting and training accounting & tax professionals, first for our own national firm and then for other firms. We baked all of that intelligence into the Marketplace and will share as many helpful tips and best practices to help you find your best match.

This roll-out to an online version of our Placement Marketplace will take several months so please be patient as we evolve and grow together. In the meantime, let’s get you started with some basic information on how it works.

How It Works

There are currently two options for each track: Job Board or Directory. You are welcome to choose either option or both. For details on pricing, and how to get started, please select the applicable Pathway above.

Please note: For “Hiring Firms”, if you choose to become a VIP Member, you shall receive 1 free job posting per year included in your membership. For more details and pricing, choose the Hiring Firm option to learn more.

HIRING FIRM OPTIONS

Post your job posting on the Job Board for a one-time flat fee, and interview professionals who apply for the job.

Review the Directory of professionals, filter based on your preferences and select candidates to interview. Pay per interview only for the candidates that accept your request for interview, plus a service fee for each search.

JOB SEEKER OPTIONS

Review openings on our Job Board and apply to any and all jobs that you feel align with your skills and interests.

Upload a free profile on the Directory so Franchisees and Firms looking to hire may select you for an interview. If selected, you will have the ability to accept or decline the interview based on your review of the job posting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cost to use the online Directory?

There is no cost to any “Job Seeker” looking to be hired.

The “Hiring Firm” would pay a flat fee to post a job on the Job Board or to select a candidate for interview from the Directory.

For current pricing and details, please choose the “Job Seeker” or “Hiring Firm” option, as applicable.

Do I need a CPA license to be hired?

No. Not all jobs posted are for licensed CPAs. That being said, the majority of firms who use our Job Board are looking to hire are looking for active licensed CPAs.

Can there be non-Accounting/Tax related Job Posts?

No. The Placement Directory is used exclusively by Accounting/Tax Firms or Solo Practitioners hiring other accounting/tax service professionals. The Directory was not designed for marketing, sales, or operational team members. It is also not designed for use by companies or recruiters. Job posts are subject to review and approval. Improper use of the Directory may result in removal from the community.

Is there any guarantee for any hire?

No. It is possible that a job posting from a “Hiring Firm” may result in no eligible candidates to interview or hire. The fee paid for that job posting is non-refundable, non-transferrable and does not include any guarantees. We do not provide any screening, interviewing or selection services. You choose the candidates you would like to interview. Then, it is your choice, and at your own risk, to hire a candidate. There are some candidates that have elected to upgrade to a VIP Membership and have elected to perform additional screenings at their own expense, such as background checks or additional online technical tests. We do not review these screenings, can not validate the quality of the candidates work, and we recommend that you perform your own due diligence and background checks to satisfy your own standards regarding employment risk.

For “Job Seekers”, there is also no guarantee that you will be selected for a job interview when you apply for a job or when you publish your profile.
